CPAC was filled with libertarians, moderates, and political pop stars who are sure to be forgotten by history. Showboating, Obama bashing, and rabid egotism was common place. The entire fiasco left me wishing for a breath of fresh air, for an adult, for someone who actually cares enough to speak truth rather than parrot talking points and score political brownie points for stirring up a crowd. Well, Santorum offered me that breath of air and gave me hope that this nation might come alive, again. My hat is off to him.
